Every project is led directly by the Founder & Director, providing clients with consistent advice from the earliest feasibility discussions through planning, technical design and consultant coordination.

Why FORMA exists.
Most planning and design problems aren't actually about drawing — they're about judgement: knowing which constraints genuinely limit a project, and which only appear to. FORMA exists to bring that judgement to homeowners, landowners and developers before a design direction is fixed, not after.
That means treating every enquiry as a problem to be understood first — the site, the planning history, the client's real priorities — rather than a brief to be answered immediately with a drawing. Decisions made early, with the right information, are what keep a project practical, considered, and genuinely deliverable.

Every project is led directly by the Founder & Director — the same person you speak to at the first enquiry is the person managing your project through planning and technical design. Nothing is handed off partway through, and nothing gets lost in translation between separate teams.
In practice, that covers:
- Feasibility review and planning strategy, before any design work begins
- Concept design, tested against planning policy as it develops
- Planning applications, prepared and managed through to decision
- Building Regulations drawings, coordinated with the consented design
- Consultant coordination — structural engineers, surveyors and other specialists, managed on the client's behalf
- Clear communication throughout, so clients always know what's happening and why
