How we handle your details.
This page explains what personal information this website collects, why, and what your rights are. It's deliberately short — we collect very little.
Who we are
FORMA DMS is an architectural design and planning consultancy based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. For anything relating to your personal information, contact info@formadms.co.uk.
What we collect, and why
The only personal information this website collects is what you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), project type and message. It is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you instruct us, to carry out the work you ask for. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.
How your enquiry is delivered
When you submit the form, your details are sent to our email inbox via Resend, an email delivery service, and the website itself is served through Cloudflare. Both act as processors handling the data only to deliver the service. If you email or phone us directly, your correspondence is handled the same way as any professional correspondence.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no visitor tracking. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set strictly necessary cookies for security and performance purposes only.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any project that follows, and to meet professional record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these rights, email info@formadms.co.uk. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Changes to this notice
If how we handle personal information changes, this page will be updated. Last updated: 13 July 2026.
